WEDDINGS and SPECIAL EVENTS
The House lends itself well to wedding receptions,
concerts, private parties, breakfast meetings and corporate events. The Parlor, the Dining Room and
Library, are available for such occasions. The Parlor is
ideal for smaller cocktail parties and meetings, its appeal is its intimate
setting in the fine Italian Baroque setting. The Dining Room is available for
lunches, dinners, meetings, and parties. The Dining Room is the perfect place to
hold a distinguished event. The Library is noted for its aesthetic appeal and
its fine acoustics for wedding receptions, musical events and lectures and has
quite a history having originally been in a 15th Century Ducal castle and was
brought to America and installed in the House during the first World War.
Ground Floor:
Dining Room: $2,000
Parlor: $500
Dining Room/Foyer/Parlor (entire first floor): $3,000
Second Floor:
Library: $2,500
1st and 2nd floors (a combination of the above): $4,500

These rates are for parties of 60 or more people and do not include staffing, party supply rentals or catering. Please call for pricing on smaller events with less than 60 people.
